1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files stored by a website in your browser. RideOS may also use local storage, session storage and similar technologies. In this policy, “cookies” includes these technologies.
2. Categories used by RideOS
- Essential: authentication, security, session continuity, load balancing and core service operation.
- Preferences: language, display and other choices you ask RideOS to remember.
- Analytics: aggregated information that helps us understand reliability and use. Non-essential analytics should operate only where enabled and permitted.
- Third-party services: connected payment, messaging, media or support features may set their own cookies when you use them.
3. Your controls
You can use RideOS cookie controls where provided and your browser settings to block or delete cookies. Blocking essential storage may prevent sign-in or other core functions. RideOS does not currently use cookies for third-party behavioural advertising; this policy will be updated before such use begins.
4. Retention and contact
Session cookies normally expire when the session ends. Persistent cookies remain for their stated duration or until removed. For questions about RideOS cookies, contact support@globalieta.com. Effective date: 5 September 2026.
