1. Who operates RideOS
RideOS is operated by GLOBALIETA EDUCATE TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED (“GLOBALIETA”, “we”, “us” or “our”). This policy applies to RideOS websites, applications, dashboards, support services and connected experiences that link to it.

2. Data we may collect
- Identity and contact information, such as names, email addresses, telephone numbers and account identifiers.
- Riding-school and role information for owners, administrators, instructors, riders, parents and authorised guardians.
- Operational records, including lessons, bookings, attendance, rider progress, horses, packages, fees, invoices and reports.
- Communications, support requests, preferences and records of authorised notifications.
- Device, browser, log, security and diagnostic information needed to operate and protect the service.
- Payment status and transaction references supplied by payment providers. RideOS should not store full payment-card credentials.
3. Why we use data
We use data to create and secure accounts; provide riding-school administration; manage bookings, attendance, communications, billing and reporting; deliver support; prevent fraud and misuse; maintain audit records; improve reliability; and meet legal obligations. Where consent is required, the request should explain the data and purpose before collection.
4. Schools, users and responsibility
A riding school may decide which rider, family, staff and operational information is entered into RideOS. Schools must have authority to provide that information, keep it accurate, assign appropriate access and give their users any notices required for the school’s own activities. GLOBALIETA processes that information to provide and protect RideOS and follows the school’s authorised instructions where applicable.
5. Children and young riders
RideOS may contain information about riders under 18. A school or authorised guardian must provide the required permission before a child’s data is entered or used. Access should be limited to authorised school staff and guardians. RideOS must not use children’s data for targeted advertising or tracking intended to profile their behaviour.
6. When data may be shared
Data may be shared with the relevant riding school and its authorised users, a rider’s authorised parent or guardian, vetted hosting, communications, analytics, support and payment providers, professional advisers, regulators or law-enforcement bodies where legally required, and a successor in a legitimate business reorganisation. Providers receive only the access needed for their service and must protect the information.
7. Storage, transfers and retention
Data may be processed in India or another location used by approved service providers, subject to applicable transfer restrictions. We retain information for as long as needed to provide RideOS, meet contractual and legal duties, resolve disputes and maintain security or audit records. Data is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer reasonably required, subject to lawful retention requirements.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards, including role-based access, authentication, logging, backups and secure service connections where appropriate. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Suspected security issues should be reported to report@globalieta.com.
9. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask for information about your personal data, request correction or deletion, withdraw consent where processing depends on consent, nominate another person where the law permits, or raise a grievance. School-managed records may need to be handled first by the relevant riding school. Contact support@globalieta.com and identify the RideOS account or school concerned.
10. Cookies and updates
RideOS uses cookies and similar technologies as described in the Cookie Policy. We may update this policy as the service, providers or law changes. Material changes will be communicated through RideOS or another appropriate channel. Effective date: 5 September 2026.
